- Session 1 – Runs from 14:00 to 16:00 with a warm-up at 14:10
- Session 2 – Runs from 16:00 to 18:00 with a warm-up at 16:10
- Coaches will advise on when swimmers should attend
- Location: Xcite, Bathgate – Balbardie Park, Torphichen Rd, Bathgate EH48 4LA
- Swimmers need:
- Googles and Swimming Cap (BASC Cap recommended)
- An extra T-shirt & towel for poolside, spare goggles (if possible)
- Most importantly a drink and a small snack is also allowed.
